Claims Made Policy

Coverage being offered is written on a claims made policy form.  Claims must be reported during the policy term. If the policy expires, non-renews, or lapses, claims reported after may not be covered, unless reported during an *extended reporting period.  This makes renewing coverage on time very important. Notices to renew will be sent by email only --  90 days, 60 days, 30 days, and 15 days – before the policy expires. Please take the opportunity to start the process early, as policies cannot be reinstated.
